My editing services include:
Newsletters
I work with writers, from new to experienced, seeking editing before they hit publish. I can edit your newsletter, as a last pass before you send it out, or I can work with you to craft it from an outline or messy first draft. I tailor the services to each individual writer and their publishing cadence. I also ghost write newsletters for those who want to spend their time elsewhere.
Book Manuscripts
I work with writers at all stages of the manuscript process, from idea to generation, to final edits on manuscript drafts. I tailor the services to each individual writer, based on their needs. I am just as comfortable working with a new writer as a seasoned professional.
Editing (Line/Developmental)
This includes editing tailored to the individual. Depending on the needs of the writer, this includes line editing, copy editing, structural feedback and/or developmental editing. I also offer rewriting services, as needed.
Writing Coaching
I work one-on-one with writers who want to work on essays, books, book proposals, or pitching. This is geared to a writer’s need and includes helping them create a writing practice, if needed.
Essays and Articles
I teach Essay writing at NYU and offer help for those looking to write, publish, edit or pitch essays or reported pieces. My students have been published in Salon, New York Times, The Boston Globe, The Washington Post and many other publications.
Ghost Writing
I have experience ghost writing articles, essays, blogs and books for clients in the tech, business. wellness, leadership and personal growth fields.
